We ship our clothing products across India and to select international destinations. For domestic shipping, we cover all states and union territories. International shipping availability may vary based on the destination country’s customs regulations and our shipping partners’ serviceability. Please check the product page or the checkout section to confirm if we ship to your location.
2. Shipping Methods
2.1 Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping: This is our most commonly used option for domestic deliveries. We partner with reliable domestic courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post. Standard shipping typically takes 3 – 7 business days for delivery within India. However, delivery times may be longer for remote areas or during peak seasons.
- Express Shipping: For customers who need their orders urgently, we offer express shipping services. Through partnerships with leading express courier companies, we ensure faster delivery. Express shipping usually guarantees delivery within 1 – 3 business days in major cities. The availability of express shipping may depend on the destination and the weight/size of the order.
2.2 International Shipping
- Air Freight: For international orders, we primarily use air freight services provided by reputed carriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Shipping times vary depending on the destination country. Generally, it takes 5 – 10 business days for delivery to most international locations. However, customs clearance procedures in the destination country can cause additional delays.
- Sea Freight (for large orders): For bulk or large – sized international orders, sea freight may be an option. Sea freight is more cost – effective for large volumes but has a longer transit time, usually ranging from 2 – 4 weeks.
3. Shipping Costs
3.1 Domestic Shipping
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders above ₹1000 (the specific amount will be clearly mentioned on the website). For orders below this value, a flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be charged.
- Express Shipping Charges: If you choose express shipping, the charges will be calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. A weight – based chart will be available at checkout, indicating the express shipping cost for different weight slabs. For example, packages weighing up to 1 kg may cost ₹20, while those between 1 – 2 kg may cost ₹10, and so on.
3.2 International Shipping
- Calculated Based on Multiple Factors: International shipping costs are determined by the weight and dimensions of the package, the destination country, and the shipping method chosen (air freight or sea freight). At checkout, you will be provided with an accurate shipping cost estimate based on these factors. Additionally, international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office to get an estimate of these additional fees before placing an order.
4. Order Processing Time
Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we aim to process the order within 1 – 2 business days. During this time, we verify the order details, check product availability, and prepare the items for shipping. However, during peak shopping seasons (such as festivals or special sales), order processing times may be extended to 3 – 4 business days.
5. Shipping Delays
- Carrier – related Delays: Although we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping carriers may experience unforeseen issues such as transportation disruptions, extreme weather conditions, or high – volume periods. In such cases, delivery times may be longer than expected. We will keep you updated on the shipping status of your order through our order – tracking system.
- Customs Delays (International Orders): International shipments are subject to customs clearance in the destination country. Customs procedures can sometimes cause significant delays, especially if there are issues with documentation or if the customs authorities need to inspect the package. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, but we will assist you in providing any necessary documentation or information to help expedite the process.
- Address – related Delays: Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer can lead to delivery delays. Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete address details, including the correct pin code, street address, and contact number. If the shipping carrier is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address, we may contact you for the correct information. If the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for re – shipment.
6. Order Tracking
You can track the status of your order by logging into your account on our website. Under the “Track Order” section, you will find the latest information about the shipping progress of your package, including the current location of the package, estimated delivery time, and any updates from the shipping carrier. For international orders, the tracking information may be updated less frequently, especially during the customs clearance process.
7. Shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We are able to ship to PO Boxes within India using our standard shipping methods. However, for APO/FPO addresses (military addresses), we currently do not offer direct shipping. Please ensure that you provide a valid civilian address for shipping if you are placing an order.
8. Special Instructions for Shipping
If you have any special instructions for shipping, such as a specific delivery time or a request for a signature – on – delivery, please add these instructions in the “Order Notes” section during checkout. While we will do our best to accommodate your requests, we cannot guarantee that the shipping carrier will be able to fulfill all special instructions.
